Here at The Bridge, our student ministry is an active and vital part of who we are as a church. We seek to provide not only a safe and welcoming environment for students to learn, but to challenge them in their walk with Christ as we model, train, and encourage them to be fully devoted disciples of Jesus.

Wednesdays // 6pm

Our Wednesday night gathering is the focal point for student ministries. We serve children and students from Kindergarten at our main campus and 6th to 12th grade at The Bridge Student Center across the street with a small meal, dynamic worship, and sound Biblical teaching. We seek for our ministry to be more than just a fun place to hang out, but a place and time to carry out the Great Commission as we make disciples.

Current Series

Have you ever stood in awe of a natural wonder—like a pristine glacier, a golden sunset, or the vast ocean—and been amazed by its beauty? Moments like these remind us of the incredible God who created it all. So, what would it look like to live every day in awe of our Creator? In this 4-week series from the book of Psalms, we’ll explore what it means to worship—not just with songs or prayers, but with the way we live. Our lives are shaped by our response to the wonder of who God is, and we’ll see that we worship because God is holy, God provides, God is faithful, and God can heal.

BIG IDEAS & BIBLE STORIES

  1. We worship because God is holy. (Nature Praises God & Be Holy Like God is Holy: Psalm 8:3–4, 24:1–3, 89:5–6; 1 Peter 1:13–16)

  2. We worship because God provides. (God Provides & Jesus Says Do Not Worry: Psalm 111; Luke 12:24–32; Philippians 4:19)

  3. We worship because God is faithful. (God Delivers & Run the Race with Perseverance: Psalm 34:17–20, 77:11-–2; Hebrews 12:1–2)

  4. We worship because God can heal. (God Rescues & Jesus Heals on the Sabbath: Psalm 69:13–18, 147:3; Luke 13:10–17)

WEEKLY CURRICULUM SUMMARIES:

  1. This week, we look at Psalms that highlight God’s holiness and explore a passage from 1 Peter that guides us in living a holy life. Standing at the base of a towering mountain or gazing out from its summit can leave us speechless, but nothing compares to the wonder of God’s holiness. This week, we’ll look at God’s unmatched power and be reminded to reflect that holiness in our lives. When we recognize just how distinct God’s character is, it’s no wonder that we worship because God is holy.

  2. This week, we'll hear a Psalm celebrating how God provides, and Jesus tells us how he'll meet our needs just like he does for the ravens. Along the edges of a breathtaking canyon, birds gather food for their young, reminding us that every detail of creation is taken care of—and we’re no different. This week, we’ll see how God meets our needs that are easy to notice and the needs we can't see. Understanding how much we're cared for inspires us to respond in praise, so we worship because God provides.

  3. This week, we explore a Psalm showing how God faithfully hears us and sees how Jesus never abandons us as we run the race of life. Approaching a majestic waterfall, you can feel its thundering roar, unrelenting cascade, and steady power—it never stops flowing, just like God’s faithfulness never runs dry. This week, we’re reminded God isn’t distant but closer than we know, ready to protect, deliver, and walk with us through every challenge we face. As we stand in awe of God’s unchanging presence, we worship because God is faithful.

  4. This week, a Psalm reminds us that God will answer our prayer for help, and we see Jesus heal a woman on the Sabbath. Like shimmering coral reefs full of life, God’s healing power brings beauty and restoration in unexpected ways. This week, we’ll see how God hears our cries for help and how Jesus healed a woman who responded with heartfelt praise. This helps us remember that, no matter what we’re facing, we can celebrate with wonder and confidence, knowing we worship because God can heal.

MEMORY VERSE: "Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago." — Isaiah 25:1 (NIV)
